No. Korent does not add a platform commission to your bookings. You pay your Korent subscription, while standard Stripe payment-processing fees still apply to card transactions.
Yes. Import your product catalog by CSV — download the template, fill it in, upload it. Everything else — your customer list, past orders and settings — you enter in the app as you go.
Your data is yours. You can export your orders, customers and payments to CSV at any time, on any plan — including after you cancel. Export is not a paid feature and we do not switch it off when your subscription ends.
Korent uses a guided booking flow: customers choose a date, browse available rentals, enter delivery details, select options, sign required documents, and pay the deposit. The live demo shows the experience they'll use.
Create a full or partial refund directly from the order. Stripe and the customer's card network determine how long it takes for the funds to appear back on their account. You control the refund amount — Korent doesn't charge a fee on refunds.
