Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Our Commitment
Korent is designed and developed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This target applies to the operator dashboard, the unmodified storefront templates we provide to operators, and the checkout flow. Accessibility work is ongoing: we consider it in design, development, and review rather than as a one-time audit.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML with labeled form controls and landmarks
- Keyboard operability for interactive components
- Text alternatives and ARIA labels for functional imagery and icons
- Color choices in our default themes checked for sufficient contrast
- Support for browser zoom and responsive layouts on small screens
Known Limitations
We are honest about where we are: some areas of the Service do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Complex interactive views (such as calendar and scheduling screens), some data-dense dashboard tables, and PDF documents generated by the platform may present difficulties for screen-reader and keyboard-only users. We are working to improve these areas, and we prioritize fixes that users report to us.
Operator Content
Each storefront on Korent is operated by an independent rental business, and operators control much of what appears on their sites. Operators — not Korent — are responsible for the accessibility of the content they add, including alternative text for uploaded product photos and media, the contrast of custom brand colors they choose, and the wording of their own descriptions and policies. We provide accessible defaults, but customization can change the result.
Feedback and Accommodation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in Korent, or need assistance or an accommodation to complete a task (such as a booking or an account action), contact us at support@korent.app. Please describe the page and the problem; we aim to respond within a few business days and to provide the information or service you need through an alternative method where possible.
