Refund Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy covers Korent subscription plans only. If you rented equipment from a business that runs its website on Korent, your booking is with that business, and their own cancellation and refund policy — shown at checkout and in your order confirmation — applies. Contact the rental business directly about rental refunds.
1. How Billing Works
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe.
- A new business gets one 14-day no-card trial. It does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to limited free access when the trial ends, with no charge. If you choose a paid subscription during the trial, billing begins immediately after checkout.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to your paid plan until then, and you are not billed again afterward. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
3. Refunds
Because you can cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the period, we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period — monthly or annual — except where a refund is required by applicable law. Where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a mandatory refund right, that right is unaffected by this policy.
4. Billing Errors
Mistakes get fixed. If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation took effect, or a charge for the wrong plan — contact support@korent.app and we will correct it and refund the erroneous amount promptly.
5. Questions
For anything billing-related, contact support@korent.app. For the full terms that govern your subscription, see our Terms of Service.
